Care and maintenance
Lordh products are made with the finest Italian leathers. With the right daily care, they last for years and improve over time.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat sources, and rain. If the leather gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth and let it air dry away from heat sources.
- After each use, insert wooden shoe trees or tissue paper. They maintain the shape, stretch the leather, and absorb residual moisture. Store each pair in a dry place.
- If you wear them regularly, nourish the leather once a month with cleaning cream and a specific brush. The Lordh kit contains everything you need, made in Veneto, designed for our materials.

Every pair of Lordh shoes is made to order in 7-8 business days. Once ready, it is shipped via Express.

- Non-EU countries — any customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are requested upon delivery.
Returns. You have 14 days from receipt to return the product. Write to info@lordh.it providing your name, surname, order number, and reason. We will respond within 24 hours with all the necessary information.

Care guide
A quality leather shoe doesn't wear out; it transforms. With time and proper care, the leather softens, molds to your foot, and gains character. The Lordh kit was designed for this: everything you need, made in Veneto, to take care of a pair that will last for years.
Insert the cedar shoe tree. It maintains shape, absorbs moisture, and protects the leather from the inside while you work on the outside.
Brush the upper with the horsehair brush. Remove dust and surface dirt before applying any product: this is the step that many people skip, and it makes all the difference.
Apply Lordh protective cream all over the upper with the cream spreader. Leave on for 10 minutes, then brush.
Using a cotton cloth and Saphir wax, apply in circular motions over the entire shoe. Leave for 5 minutes, then gently buff. The result is well-cared for, vibrant leather with the right amount of shine.
