Yes, both online and in the lab. Completely free and without obligation.
We'll chat via WhatsApp or video call, usually for 15-30 minutes. We'll guide you in choosing the model, leather, and color with real-time photos and videos. You'll speak directly with one of our artisans.
Ours is an active production workshop. Every day we make shoes for hundreds of customers. To ensure a proper welcome, we organize visits by confirmed appointment only. The address is communicated only after confirmation via Whatsapp.
Within 24h via Whatsapp, often much sooner. We operate from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Weekend requests are processed on Monday morning.
