The art of working tumbled leather. Tumbled (or hammered) leather is a finishing process performed in the last phase on calfskin, to enhance the natural beauty of the grain. The processing is performed inside a rotating cylinder, called a drum, which gives the leather an aged effect, thanks to the formation of a natural grain and gives it softness and elasticity.
